Tottenham Hotspur F.C. is the one famous football club from north London. It was established in 1882, and has since been one of the most succesfull clubs
in England. Throughout the years they have won the Official League twice, the League cup three times and the UEFA cup twice, but the club is most known for it's success in the prestigious FA cup, which they have won eight times! Although the club has a great past, lately, they have been struggling with only one cup title of interest, that being the League cup in 99'. Ok, they won the Peace cup in 05', but I don't consider that cup as important, but good job though lads! But as I write this however, interesting things are happening, they are competing for both a new UEFA cup title as they are in the quarter finals, and they are fighting for a place in the same cup next year. The creators of "sexy-football" are back people! Beware...
The term "sexy-football" is a term used when a team plays entertaining football, enjoyable not only for the fans, but for the neutral supporters as well. And if any club in England plays sexy-football it's Tottenham. And how can they not, throughout the years they have been in possesion of great football players, legendary football players, like David Ginola, Paul "gazza" Gascoigne, Steve Perryman, Glenn Hoddle, Edgar Davids, Gary "Salty Leonard" Mabbutt, Gary Lineker, Ossie Ardiles, Teddy Sheringham and of course the biggest of them all: Jürgen Klinsmann. And three players that will definetly go into the books forever more are Dimitar Berbatov, Aaron Lennon and Ledley King. They will bring the club more success as years pass by...I guarantee it.
